With plenty of attention to improvisation
The book for anyone who thought harmony theory would always be difficult and boring…
What will you learn?
Harmony theory is the 'grammar' of music. With knowledge of harmony you can learn new pieces faster and more easily, and play from memory with greater confidence. Your inner ability to imagine music grows. You can learn to transpose, compose and improvise. In a freer and more conscious way, you rise above the music.
In this book, harmony theory is approached in an unorthodox, clear and playful way. Especially for people who have always found harmony theory difficult and boring and who are delighted by a completely new, clear approach in which improvisation plays a major role. The Fifth Factor has also been published in English and German.
Who is it for?
For anyone who wants to learn the 'grammar of music' (i.e. 'harmony theory') in an effortless way.
No prior knowledge is required, we start from the very beginning.
